Deb Gendreau-Flynn joined the Gathr team as EVP, Sales, in January 2023.  Deb is a strategic and analytical consumer focused leader with experience in brand-building strategy, disciplined and strategic sales distribution, revenue generation, and team development, with a demonstrated history of achieving goals.  Deb has previously held leadership positions and has partnered cross-functionally while with numerous premium lifestyle brands.  

As VP of Sales with Honeywell, focused on The Original Muck Boot Company and XTRATUF brands, she built a high performing sales team, and delivered results to help position for divestiture to Rocky Brands.  Her time as President of the recovery footwear leader, OOFOS, saw the entrepreneurial start up achieve their first profitable year, and build the commercial engine for years of growth.   

Deb earned a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA from The University of Connecticut.

With a work hard, play hard family mantra, Deb and her family love time spent together outside with summer weekends at the lake, and skiing New England in the winter.
