In his current role at Gathr Outdoors, Joe Henderson leads our Recreation Segment and business strategy. He has held the position since 2017.

Joe began at PrideSports, a division of Gathr Outdoors, in 2006 as Vice President of Sales and then served as Senior Vice President of Sales before being promoted to President of Recreation. He led the integration of ORCA Coolers while serving as President of both PrideSports and ORCA Coolers. Joe’s leadership is forthright and collaborative. He strives to put team members in positions that maximize their potential.

Prior to joining Gathr Outdoors, Joe worked in various leadership positions at Philips, Newell and Jarden. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.

Joe’s family enjoy sports, water activities and being outdoors.
