Keith Bornholtz is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Gathr Outdoors. He has held the position since May 2021.

Keith is an executive leader with a progressive history of improved operating performance and increased enterprise value in multiple environments, including publicly traded, private equity, startup and organizations operating under turnaround conditions. He has a proven ability to ignite growth and profitability across a diverse set of categories and channels through strategy development, cross functional leadership insight led business development, high-performance team building and metric driven executional excellence.

Previously Keith served as President of the Pet Distribution business at Central Garden and Pet (CENT), a publicly traded market leader in Pet & Garden supplies. Prior to that he was Chief Revenue Officer at Yes To, a natural skin care provider. He has also held various leadership roles at Big Heart Pet, Clorox and Procter and Gamble. He holds a BA in Business from San Diego State University and an MBA from The Drucker School at Claremont University.

Keith has collected outdoor hobbies his entire life beginning with youth sports, countless hours diving off the San Diego coast, family camping and boating, and more recently hiking, paddleboarding, and mountain biking.
